GARC is being developed as an independent international center that brings strategic capability, sector expertise and a broader expert network together.
The founding team will be supported by a scientific advisory board and a network of researchers, specialists, policy and technology experts. Appointments are made with care for independence, expertise and the inclusion of autistic people and families where relevant.

Dr. Mohammed Mohammed is an entrepreneur, investor and strategic advisor focused on leadership, institution building and digital ventures. At GARC, he leads the institutional architecture, strategic model, digital direction and pathways for sustainable growth and partnerships.
Co-Founder · Sector Engagement & Expert Network
Areej Al Muallim contributes sector insight, community understanding and relationship-building capability to GARC. Her role focuses on connecting the center with experts, institutions and conversations that strengthen the relevance and reach of its work.
